Easy to schedule. Staff person has always been on-time and pleasant. They do a good job with our carpets. My only issue is that they do not put down anything over our hardwood floor hallway; when they complete the job there is always footprints marks and splats of water on the floor.

Devon was professional and did an awesome job getting cat urine stains from the previous owner of my place. I have never seen my carpet look so clean.

Huge thanks to Dawson at Oxi Fresh! This was my second time getting my couch cleaned by them, and even though the first visit didn't go perfectly, Dawson's customer service was top notch. He contacted us right away, showed up the next day, and was so detailed with the cleaning. My couch looks amazing - can't wait to have him back next time
