I get the same gentleman every time. His name is Alfredo. I explained to him the first time what my preferences were, and now he just comes in and does his thing without direction. He does an extremely thorough job. Because they are priced competitively, I can afford to have this done a few times a year as opposed to once every few years.

There's not a big chemical smell with the products that they use they are very professional. They get things as clean as humanly possible. I've been using them for a few years and I 100% recommend them.
