I had a carpet I don't remember the last time I had cleaned with heavy traffic pattern from front door to back room and up stairs to master bedroom. I wanted a quick drying, pet friendly(3 cats) environmentally safer option. I didn't expect a miracle with the traffic areas but Jake took the time to do the best job and I'm happily surprised at the results. It might not look like new but is far better than it was! I was thinking of replacing but thought might as well clean first to buy time. Next time I definitely won't wait so long! And don't feel the need to replace so soon. Glad I took the time to research and will use you again.

Daniel, the tech was super knowledgeable and friendly. He even went as far as explaining in great details, rhe situation in regards to the condition of my carpet. Really great customer service and in my opinion, he went above and beyond. I love that there was no icky stincky smell after the cleaning and especially that by that late afternoon, my carpet was dry. Did amazing job with my area rugs. Will definitely use them again.
