Alfredo my technician was on time, professional and polite….
We had him do stairs hallway and master bedroom he convinced me to upgrade to deodorizer and sanitizer… however 3 days later we had the request a redo as the issues were still existing
He was on board and is coming today
I didn't care for the lack of organization when calling into the office

Alfredo explained -what services he'd clean. He was on time, sent friendly reminders.
Carpets dried quickly and Alfredo got the pet stains removed. Beautiful & smells fresh & clean!
