The techs were prompt, courteous and efficient. They told me what they were going to do, how long it would take and what I could expect after my carpets dried. I was very happy with the whole process and the results. Paige also was very professional. Looking forward to using them again.

Christ was very professional explained treatment. Also, he indicated if my granddaughter happened to get sick (allergic to dog hair) to call him he will do a another free treatment.
I really appreciate him very much the love and care that he demonstrated speaks volume to me.
