Well... When your Tech arrived he immediately asked to use our Bathroom. I kindly let him use it. After ten minutes in there..
He appeared and began bringing in some stuff to begin the process.
At that time I did not realize that this was not a Steam Clean...
He did not explain this till I asked him !!
Anyway He proceeded to do the Work.
He was only at my home a Short Time ! 30 minutes.
I feel that this service was not what we expected.
Therefore I want a Full Refund of the service cost of $112. Thank you. Lachlan MacKinnon
