Your employee worked very well fast and efficient was nice. Didn't stand around and talk hardly at all. Did his job and got going. I would like to say that Jeff is a professional. He's very good at cleaning my carpets been doing it for a few years now he does a very good job. He's thorough and I thank him for it and you guys keeping him around.

The tech explained the whole process and why it was different from others. We had a stain that continually returned after a few months that other companies had promised to remove. I am hopeful based on the tech explanation that this stain will not resurface again.
