My carpet was stained pretty badly from dog urine and Jeffrey was able to get it looking nearly new and also got rid of the smell. I'm very impressed. Jeffrey was also very friendly and explained everything to me.

I was impressed that carpet could be cleaned without using water & steam cleaning. I haved my life in MI and in the spring & summer months are humidity is high & this cleaning process is a great alternative. I was very pleased with the cleaning & the process.
