Very happy with my carpet it looks great. Only thing I wish he would've had sheet covers to put on. He said that they were out of them and had to order them. Other than that, everything was great.

Carpet looks great.
Jonathan did a great job on the carpets and he even went out of his way to help me transport some potting soil to the backyard. He saw that I had my arm in a sling - it talks to his character!
It dried much quicker than other steam services.
