Julian was very professional and efficient. He asked if he might come early and also finished early. My dining chairs are at least 12 years old. They look almost new after Julian cleaned them. My beige carpet looks and smells fresh. Everything dried very quickly. I think I got great service at a reasonable price. I was charged exactly what had been quoted by telephone.
