Carpets did not come out clean at all. Had to rent a rug doctor to clean traffic area in my bedroom and the water was black from the dirt that came out of carpet. Showing that your cleaning process did not clean my carpets at all. Very disappointed after spending so much money on a process that did not clean my carpets. Will not use your service again or recommend it to anyone.

Our carpets are so clean! Products are clean smelling, safe on pets and dries very fast. We have cats and they have a tendency to cough up their food on the carpet. Stains have always come out using Oxi Fresh.
Julian was very friendly and did a great job in a minimal amount of time.

Our technician Todd was great with communication and overall service. He called and texted his arrival time and showed up when he said he was going to. We had 4 large rooms and a staircase and he did a great job on them and was done in a reasonable time. I will use and would recommend Todd and OxyFresh Carpet Cleaning, again. Thank you.
