I’ve had my carpets cleaned several Times in the past with other companies, and This is the first time ever my carpet a we’re left with a “wet dog” smell, the min I open my front door u can smell it . I reached out and u guys did send someone back right away to try and correct the problem and it helped somewhat but there’s still in odor that has never been in my house before. I have a white linen couch and every time I try to get it cleaned other company’s tell me pretty much unless they gauge me for everything separate my couch won’t get clean. So when I called this company they quoted me a fair price with stain removal included and didn’t try up sell me on everything separately. They came on time and communicated till they arrived. Very nice , very professional and very informative. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a professional, reliable no nonsense company to show up do a great job and leave you wishing every other service or experience would go that easy !
