The carpets are clean and they dry quickly. The only downfall is the machine is wider than a steamer so it can't get between some spaces are close to the wall

My chairs don't look any cleaner. The rep didn't suggest anything to help. He initially asked if there are any troubled spots or need spot cleaning and I said no, I just need them clean for our guests this weekend.
No other suggestions were made.
When he was leaving they didn't look any cleaner and I asked him if they'll look cleaner after they dry and he said yes they will, they're just wet.
Now I did tell him that we were getting rid of the chairs soon, and just wanted them to look nice for the weekend. I wish I was informed that they needed special Treatment or something. Not trying to get him in trouble whatsoever but I don't feel I got the product I paid for. My carpet looks good though.
If anyone can come clean them tomorrow July 3, that would Make things right.
