I enjoy the fact that my rug was not soaking wet for hours afterwards it was quick. The gentleman that came out was very polite and my carpets look great.

Your representative was going to be late, so he called me and gave me an approx. time of arrival. He was on time, and then proceeded to clean and "scotch guard" my carpets. He did a very good job and I'm happy and will use your services again.
