John was on time, VERY professional, and Reasonably Priced. He took a sow's ear and turned it into a silk purse. My mother's floors were old and stained beyond what I felt could be clean; however, with John's meticulous attention to each room, he set about making sure that the floors were as clean as he could get them..... Any spots that may appear on the rugs at this point are NOT any fault of John, his product, or equipment. They are Clean, Fresh smelling, and better looking than I even thought possible. Thank you John for your hard work and attention to detail. I highly recommend Oxy Fresh Carpet Cleaning and John to anyone who asks.
