I never got a chance to use the service. I had made an appointment on line, a week ahead of time. The day of the appointment all the furniture was removed and we were ready. Less than 30 minutes prior to the appointment time, he(Mike) texted me and a family emergency came up. He got us rescheduled for the following Tuesday. Fifteen minutes prior to the time, he texted again to apologize but had to cancel due to vehicle issues. I wrote back asking when he could reschedule us and for 3 1/2 hrs no reply. I finally sent a text to cancel and we would go to another for service. He responded almost immediately. I think a person to person call would have been more appropriate in this case. So for service I can't not rate, but for communication 3 out 5.

Everyone at OxiClean is really nice. Jason did an especially good job on my rug and 2 upholstered chairs. It was the second time I have used them. I intend to use them a third time.
