The gentleman that came out the other day and put the older destroyer up in the bedroom didn't really get the smell out. We could still smell it a little bit but it's fading and it's much better. The young man that came the previous time when he did it it came out 100% and the carpet smelled wonderful. Not that the second gentleman did anything wrong. It was probably just the way the mixture was. I'd still give him an excellent rating. He was a very courteous and professional.
