Marine Veteran Douglas Green Proudly Offering Carpet Cleanings in Tulsa and Surrounding Communities!
The launch of a new carpet cleaning location is always exciting for us at Oxi Fresh. We get energized when we know that more and more people will get to experience our oxygen-powered, fast-drying, eco-friendly cleanings. This new Bixby carpet cleaning location, which was featured on Franchising.com, will be providing services to 25+ zip codes throughout the Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Jenks, Muskogee, and Bixby communities.
Heading up this new Bixby carpet cleaning location is Douglas Green. Before joining Oxi Fresh, Mr. Green served with the United States Marine Corps. for eight years; he was deployed in Japan, Kuwait, Thailand, Iraq, Bahrain, and the United Arab Emirates. During his service, Mr. Green experienced multiple injuries and is living with post-traumatic stress disorder.
After leaving the military and owning two other businesses. Mr. Green chose Oxi Fresh for his new entrepreneurial journey. “I became an Oxi Fresh franchisee because I want to show other injured military veterans that it is possible to be a business owner,” said the Bixby carpet cleaner. “Oxi Fresh provides the perfect model for injured military veterans because even though I cannot physically do the work, I can still run my business well thanks to their unique processes and internal systems.”

What are those systems Mr. Green is referring to? “There’s a lot of programs we’ve put in place for our carpet cleaning franchises,” said Kris Antolak, the company’s vice president, “But something central to each of them is the idea of creating speed through systems.
