How Oxi Fresh Cleans Hardwood Floors
If you’re ready for your hardwood floor to be years younger, but don’t know what to expect, don’t worry. This section will give you an idea of what to expect when we come to clean the hardwood floors in your home.
Step 1
We will begin by inspecting the floor, finding out where grime, dirt, and oils are accumulating the most. This allows us to make sure that the entire floor is clean in an efficient and effective manner.
Step 2
Your technician will vacuum the hardwood floor. This removes grit and debris that could become abrasive to the wood during cleaning. It also removes anything that our cleaning solutions won’t break down.
Step 3
We will use our OF2000 machine to apply a pretreatment solution to the thickest layers of grime. This enzyme-infused cleaner will break down these layers without damaging the floor.
Step 4
The OF2000, our revolutionary floor cleaning machine, will be used to apply a core cleaner to the entire floor. The OF2000 uses counter-rotating brushes to agitate the surface of the floor and scrub it clean.
Step 5 (Optional)
Once we are done, if you’ve ordered it, we can apply a protectant to the floor. Oxi Fresh uses a semi-gloss, temporary urethane coating. It will help keep grime from building up on your floor.
