Our Proven, Gentle Process

Step 1 – First, we review your floors, identifying the areas that will need additional care.
Step 2 – When we finish our review, we next vacuum any loose, insoluble particles off your wood. This keeps them from causing abrasions on your floor during the cleaning.
Step 3 – Next, we use our Oxi Fresh hardwood cleaning machine, the OF2000. The machine’s specialized trio of application, agitation, and extraction processes are used along with our pretreatment solution to pull up dirt and oils from your floor.
Step 4 – We then use the OF2000 to apply our core cleaning solution. Our core solution goes the extra mile, vigorously destroying dirt and oils while still being kind to your floors. When the OF2000 is done, the cleaning is complete!
Step 5 (Optional) – When the primary service is complete, you can add on another service to give extra protection to your floors. Our Oxi Floor Refinisher helps keep residues from dirtying your floors and leaves them with a temporary semi-gloss finish.
