How We Clean Hardwood

Step 1
An inspection of the hardwood is the first step in conducting a proper cleaning. This allows the technician to locate and identify areas that have thicker grime build up.

Step 2
Next for us is to vacuum your hardwood floor. This removes any grit and debris that won’t break down during regular cleaning. We want to remove this before we use our cleaning machine, otherwise this grit could damage the wood.

Step 3
Now we will treat the floors with our pretreatment solution. We’ll also agitate the floors with a wood-safe brush and then extract all the broken-down dirt and debris. Remarkably, we’re able to do all this with our revolutionary machine, the OF2000.

Step 4
Using the OF2000 a second time, we treat the floors with one more solution. Now, the Weatherford hardwood floor cleaning is complete!

Step 5 (Optional)
Once our cleaning is over, you can choose to have a nice refinishing product put on your floor. This urethane product provides a nice, semi-gloss finish to the floor.
