How We Clean Upholstery
Never had an upholstery cleaning before? Not sure what it looks like? Here’s an overview of what happens when you book an O’Fallon upholstery cleaning with Oxi Fresh.
Step 1
First, we’ll start by examining the pieces of upholstery that you want us to clean. We want to locate any areas with heavy soiling that might need extra attention. Additionally, we want to be aware of any spots with damage that could affect the final outcome of our cleaning.
Step 2
Next, we’ll apply a pretreatment across the entire piece, but focusing on the most heavily soiled areas. The pretreatment has enzymes that work to break down tough deposits of dirt, oils, and grime.
Step 3
Next in our O’Fallon upholstery cleaning process, we’ll use our Oxi Pro upholstery cleaning machine to carefully rinse and thoroughly extract the upholstery. This will remove the dirt and grime broken down by the pretreatment solution.
Step 4
After the machine has done its job, we’ll then apply an encapsulating rinse. The encapsulating rinse will help guard the fabric from watermarks and residues as it dries.
Step 5
Last, we’ll groom the upholstery to give it a professional finish. We’ll also set up fans to help speed up the drying process.
