How We Clean Hardwood
When Oxi Fresh shows up to clean, you might not know what to expect. Here is what you can expect from us.
Step 1
An inspection of the hardwood is first conducted so the technician can identify areas that will require more attention.
Step 2
We thoroughly vacuum the hardwood, this removes debris that might not be broken down by the cleaning process. We also want to get rid of anything that could become abrasive as we clean the beautiful wood floors.
Step 3
Once the floors have been prepped, we begin to use the OF2000. This amazing device will apply our pretreatment to the floors and agitate them with a special brush. Following this, the machine will immediately extract the product and broken-down grime. This both means we get great results and protect the floors from being wet for too long.
Step 4
Using the OF2000 once more, we’ll apply our second cleaning solution. This will wrap up the cleaning proper and leave you with beautifully clean floors.
(Optional) Step 5
Once we have finished cleaning the floors, we can then apply a urethane coating. This semi-gloss coat will help protect the floors and provide a nice, semi-gloss finish.
