How We Clean Tile and Grout
We follow a multi-step process when we clean for you. This specialized method of cleaning helps us transform even the dirtiest tile and grout into nice, fresh floors.

Step 1
We will start by inspecting the tile and grout that you want us to clean. We’ll be looking for areas of heavy soiling that might need extra attention from us.
Step 2
Next, we’ll vacuum the tile and grout. We must remove any large debris on the surface that could act as an abrasive during the treatment process.
Step 3
Then, we will apply our Oxi Stone Cleaner. This product is designed to break down the dirt that’s become impacted on the tile. This product can really work wonders.
Step 4
Next, as the Oxi Stone Cleaner continues to break down the dirt and grime, we’ll scrub the floors with our machine. This machine and solution combo will get the floors nice and fresh.
Step 5
Once the product and machine have finished their work, we’ll extract the floors. If we spot any stained grout lines that have not come clean, we’ll then treat them with our more powerful Oxi Restore Solution.
Step 6 (Optional Service)
Once we’re done with the primary Central Phoenix tile and grout cleaning, you can select an additional service. Our grout protectant is able to help shield the porous material of grout from absorbing new stains.
