Your Hardwood Floor Cleaning
If you’ve considered using our professional service, but don’t know what to expect, we want to clear things up for you. Here’s what an Oxi Fresh appointment looks like:
Step 1: Examination
An inspection is performed that identifies any areas that may need extra attention.
Step 2: Pre-Clean
We will then vacuum the floor thoroughly. This removes debris that might not break down during the cleaning process. This is especially important as that insoluble debris could damage the floor if not removed.
Step 3: Pretreatment
We will then apply a pretreatment across the floor via our cleaning machine, the OF2000. As the machine applies the product, it also will agitate the floor with a special brush designed for hardwood. After the application and agitation, the machine sucks up the broken down dirt.
Step 4: Follow-Up Solution
Using our revolutionary cleaning machine once more, we apply a second solution, agitate the floors, and extract the remaining dirt and grime. By this point in the process, the floors should look grand!
Step 5: Optional Refinisher
Once the cleaning has finished, you can choose to add an additional service. If you select this option, we’ll apply a protective urethane coating with a semi-gloss finish to the wood floors.
