Here’s a brief overview of what you can expect after your technician arrives to clean your floors:
Step 1: Examination
To start, your technician will give your floors a full inspection. By examining them, we’ll have a better understanding of how to deliver the best results. If your technician finds any areas where the tile or grout is cracked or damaged, this can impact the final result. The technician will discuss such findings with you.
Step 2: Thorough Cleaning
Next, we will vacuum your tiles and grout to remove any debris from the surface of the floor. Our goal is to ensure there’s no dirt or debris that could act as an abrasive on the tile floor during our cleaning process.
Step 3: Oxi Stone Cleaner
Your technician will then apply our powerful Oxi Stone Cleaner solution. This cleaner works to break down dirt and oils that have accumulated over the years.
Step 4: Cleaning Machine
Once we’ve finished applying the Oxi Stone Cleaner, we’ll then use our OF1000 or OF2000 cleaning machines to agitate the product and tile. This agitation furthers the cleaning process and breaks up the more stubborn, clinging areas of grime. The specific model of the machine we use will depend upon the size of the room.
Step 5: Clean-Up
