I tried to go back. But I went upstairs and everything still smells the same. The stains that looked like they came out around the chimney did not once it dried. I was expecting a different kind of carpet cleaner. Never seen one like that before. And it was done rather quickly. I thought it was going to be one of those where you spray the water down and suck the water up. It was just done in less than an hour. Probably like 30 minutes. It's still smells of cat urine which I was told it probably wouldn't come out. But nothing looks different really besides the fact that it was deodorized and it didn't work. Sanitized should have just been a better option instead of trying to make it smell good. I just wanted it clean not so much smell good which I did specify. Sorry for the bad review or whatever this is but I couldn't go back and change my rating. I will be contacting the office though because I am unsatisfied.
