Easy to schedule. Staff person has always been on-time and pleasant. They do a good job with our carpets. My only issue is that they do not put down anything over our hardwood floor hallway; when they complete the job there is always footprints marks and splats of water on the floor. Carpets and furniture dry fast. The best thing though is the great service. Everyone we've ever had out here from your company has done excellent jobs. However, the last person we had was Lee.
