Matthew was very efficient and worked hard to get one spot out. He was very polite! It did take way longer to dry then he said. Where he started dried quickly but by the patio doors and the one area that had a spit he worked on were still damp the next morning. I think the weather was a major factor. Otherwise it looks great. Brice presented oxi fresh very well , however the major areas cleaned came out well but one hallway for the most part is not what I expected . This is based on your adds as the before and after pictures. In fact the pictures shown are somewhat the same as the condition present at my home. Because of the above I can't rate the service as a 5.
