I was given different info when I made my appointment and from the tech who came to do the job. I explained what I needed when I called and was quoted a price to include both deep cleaning, pet accidents and sanitation of those areas. When the tech arrived he told me that some of the things I wanted were add ons so it was more expensive than what I was originally told. Also when receiving texts reminders for my appointment the time had changed even though I did not make a change in the time. I did call and ask about that and the person on the phone was not at all helpful and acted as if I didn't know what I was talking about and didn't know why the time would have changed.
