First the technician was very informative from a first greeting with a smile to explaining what the process to the completion. After he left the home smelled clean to after the carpet dried felt soft to the touch. We will definitely have Mike back to do another cleaning after we get moved in and settled.

I loved that the carpets looked very clean, smelled good and dried quickly. I also appreciated the carpet cleaner man … very professional, friendly, knowledgeable & efficient. I scheduled Oxi Clean to come back in a couple weeks to clean my basement carpet too!
