I appreciate that the technician shows up on time, treats any area that needs extra treatment (stains), does the carpet cleaning efficiently..it dries in a reasonable amount of time, no odors. I have used Oxi Fresh for several years, appreciate the emails with price discounts. Very pleased overall.

Very personable service provider; today my sofa seems 100% cleaner, and I'm very pleased with the carpet, too.
I swear by the product. All of my cleaners now contain icy-clean!
