Easy to schedule on line. The technician was timely and very friendly. Even though the carpet is a light beige and was very dirty it came cleaner than I expected with a fast drying time, used very little water and the machine used was quiet.

Kyle and Josh were amazing to work with! Josh cleaned the carpets and was quick and efficient! Got out the stink and stains left from previous owners! Both guys were super friendly and full of knowledge. 100% will use them every time!
