The gentleman that was here worked hard and spent solid time working on the couch / loveseat The results here were good. The carpet clean was adequate. Some hard stains proved difficult to remove. After he departed, I had success removing them with some basic carpet cleaner and some scrubbing. Upstairs was left pretty wet on carpet / rug that wasn't cleaned, but was next to couch. Had to dry out separately as didn't want to damage floors. Overall - it was fine, but I wouldn't do it again at that price point. Always hate the additional tip question posed by the check out.
