The equipment used did not do a good job on the stairs. The front half of the stairs was clean, but the entire step is not cleaned. You need more of a wand type of thing for staircases.

I'll provide a review of 10 due to ease of setting an appointment, friendliness of appt setting, friendliness of Stefen our carpet cleaning technician, and how the carpet looks now. Carpet had a tiny bit of dampness this morning, 18 hours post cleaning (mostly on the stairs). This is far less dampness left after any other carpet cleaning service that we have ever used. Overall an easy and highly positive experience.
