I'm NOT happy with the job done at my house. The carpet was wet for 5 hours, the kids had to play on my bed and couch because their footies got wet so I took off my shoes and walked around the house and my footies got wet and the carpet was dirty the bottom of my footies turned brown. He didn't move a light chair to clean under or behind it. I called and left a message for the manager or owner to call me back and it's been 24 hrs and no one has called me. It took him under an hour to do the job in a 3 bedroom house, the hallway, living room and a bathroom. He said it would be dry in 2 hrs and it wasn't.

Cheaper pricing, maybe a discount for customers who do frequent cleanings. I would do it more often if it wasnt so expensive.

I had a old dog that had left stains on carpet. They were able to remove all the stains. Great service and pricing was reasonable. Will definitely contact them for my next carpet cleaning. Thank you.
