I have used Oxi Fresh for years, and Michael (the owner) has always provided the BEST service I could ask for. This time the issue was extreme and I thought I should try a company based in Dallas. Not only did they charge me a surcharge due to my location, the service was sub-par and did NOT eliminate the odors I was having issues with. Last week I contacted Oxi Fresh, in Sherman, TX and had a technician out the following day.
Jeff was timely and did an outstanding job cleaning and disinfecting my carpet. It's the best it has smelled in months. And, on a side note, they were 1/4 of the price as the first company.
