It is easy to book an appointment with them. They have availability quickly so you are not waiting to get a cleaning in. They are on time and thorough. Not to mention when they clean for you one time they remember you from then on out. Best cleaning service around. Thank you for getting us all fixed up!

Bruce is very easy to communicate with and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done to make our house as clean as possible. He listens very effectively and also is willing to discuss our needs until an ultimate solution is reached. We are extremely pleased to have found him!!!!

Always does such a great job! My husband and I always recommend to our friends and neighbors. Even with our rescue dogs damage from adjusting to life with us and kids and our random messes, the carpet looks amazing when he leaves! I don't know how he does it!

We had an immediate need and had never used Oxi's services before. The operator was able to contact the local provider and he was willing and able to help us by changing his schedule to meet our immediate needs. Bruce was prompt and very accommodating. The work was excellent and the carpets never looked better. Bruce also went out of his way to help us when we ran into a situation that was out of the realm of his services. I give Bruce an A++++++!
