Just got my first carpet cleaning service done by Chris from Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning. 5 star service across the board. I initially submitted a request through thumbtack and received calls from different companies. The other company would only tell me their price, and seemed irritated that I had questions about the overall service. When I got the call from Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning Chris answered all my questions and didn't sound irritated. Great customer service over the phone AND in person. The stains I needed removed were from my puppy during her training phase, I used store bought products to clean those spots and it looked terrible. Chris advised me that there is no guarantee the spots would blend due to those cleaning products having chemicals that change the color of the carpet. However he did such an amazing job, I can't tell where the spots were AT ALL! As long as he is in business I will be utilizing and recommending his services. You all will not be disappointed

Oxifresh Carpet cleaning is more efficient at removing set in stains than steam cleaning. My carpet was cleaned yesterday and I am amazed at the results.
