I was not expecting to vacuum my carpet before your company did its job. Yes, I was told after I was all set up. I had to hire someone to go upstairs and vacuum the carpet in three bedrooms. Then I was informed after the cleaning that I had to vacuum the carpet again after the chemical dried for one hour. Why can't your company do the entire job? Felt a little ripped off. This was an empty home and I had to bring a vacuum there. The rooms were upstairs. I'm elderly, and don't climb stairs. I had to hire an additional personal to come back to the house to vacuum and complete the job. Disappointed.
