The gal who came over was early, efficient and professional. She was was very friendly and personable. The carpets looked great!! I honestly liked everything about Oxy service and would recommend Oxy. It was also easy to get an appointment.

I was sceptical at first. Kelly came in with 3 sprayers and a funky looking machine.
It didnt use any water other that what she sprayed around.
I had a livingroom hallway and small bedroom done.
I had urine odor in the house because I was one of those stupid people who gets 2 puppies in the winter.
It is day 3 since rhe treatment and the odor ia still gone. I am convinced now that the process works. On top of that I was able to get an appointment for the same afternoon.
