I made an appointment for stairs, 2 rooms and a sectional. It was very disappointing to find out the landing and pillows were extra. I only had the standard pillows that came with the couch
( you can tell because they were the exact same fabric) so to be charged after the fact was disappointing. I already thought the service was more expensive then the others. My carpets look nice and I am happy with them but I feel like my couch was rushed and the sides of the cushions were not cleaned just the tops and bottoms.
