On time response, professional, knowledgeable and extremely respectful. The price was very reasonable. I wasn't sure if all the stains would come out of the very old carpet in my Aunt's house, but Sarah and Christian made a world of difference. I couldn't believe how amazing the carpet looked when they were done! I will be using Oxi Fresh again and highly recommend them! JP. - North Charleston, SC - 09/17/2026

Oxi Fresh was so easy to work with. I called them on short notice and they were there the next morning. Customer service was friendly and helpful and the lady that cleaned the carpet did an outstanding job. Would highly recommend to anyone he needs their carpets clean.
