After Ian finished cleaning the carpet, I went to check while he was still in the house. I pointed to him spot that just same and pretty much all area was clean as i thought would be. He told me to call to schedule for redo do . He came back after two days and just spray and I asked t him he is going to run his machine one more time. He said that he machine is not a steamer and its just like a vacuum and it wont be any differences. I call the owner Kyle left message and never call me back. I call reception and took my message and never call me back.

I think my main issue is he spent like 20 minutes here the area that had dog urine on. It looked better but the carpet that didn’t didn’t look any better or anything. I mean it didn’t look good at all so I don’t know what else to say.
