I've used Oxi Fresh before and been pleased. But Jarod Wright (the tech who cleaned my carpet & rug this time) was amazing. He went way beyond what I expected. He took as much time getting out spots as the whole rest of the process took. Seriously, if you are the franchiser that he works for, you better give him a raise and hang onto him.
