Quality work by staff who took time to achieve good outcome. The carpet feels amazing & the sectional looks/feels great. Improvement needed at time appointments made to ask customer re: water source to eliminate extra time it took your cleaner to leave after he showed up ready to work so he could buy water - probably a 12mi roundtrip journey because we have well water. And appointment setter should advise customer at time appointment scheduled about acceptable payment methods. I notice this response going to OxiFresh Springfield ... I was sure I schedule with OxiFresh Delaware. MH. - Sunbury, OH - 08/21/2026

I have had a number of cats and a number of Companies to "clean" my carpets over the years. Your Company is fantastic! All the spots, even the ones that have been set in,"forever", all came out. The carpet looks like new! Everything is gone!! Tyler was very, very good, answering all my questions. I will definitely call on you again and will recommend you to all my friends. jp. - Marion, OH - 06/28/2026
