After the first cleaning, we could still smell the previous owners dog on the lower level. They came back again, did a thorough job and made sure we were happy with the results. Our move from Iowa to Ohio was already stressful and we have not had the best customer service experience with the other companies. It was refreshing to have a company that truly cared about their service. I will definitely use Oxi Fresh again!

Ryan was very nice and knowledgeable. I love the fact it is not with chemicals, and we can walk on it right away, also the slight dampness vs. carpet being wet was great. I've already told 3 people how much I loved this service and it was only yesterday - tmrw I work and I'll be sharing with all my clients!
