Pretty transparent on the phone. I only misunderstanding was I thought it was a one hour Carpet dry and it was a four hour carpet dry which is a significant difference. But all in all it went smoothly.

Dan has cleaned my rugs for years and does an amazing job. The products get out all the stains, if any, and leaves the air smelling fresh and not "chemically".

Fair pricing. Dan was friendly and professional. Machinery was quieter than other services I've used. He got some stubborn stains out, to my amazement!
