My carpet came out good. He did a good job and I did tip the technician but when he was leaving I noticed that he did not put the two chairs back where they were. Plus I did ask if he moved the dry sink and cleaned under it. I had all the furniture on sliders so it would be easy to move. He said no and asked if I wanted him to to clean under there and he would go back out and get his equipment. At this point I just said no. If I was the person cleaning I would not of asked and just did it.

Andrew was on time and did a fantastic job. Removed the stains on the carpet and it looks great. Very pleased with your service.

The service was quick and the representative was very nice and knowledgeable. My carpet has an order from an attempt at cleaning with an unknowingly dirty carpet shampooer. The smell is still there but is less than before they came into clean it. I may be contacting again to see if it can get any better

They called to ask if they could come early- They explained everything to us and were quick. Super friendly service. Didn't try to sell more services to us, and actually saved us some money because our stairs were small steps. Great kind hearted business. Cares about their costumers.
