Employees are very professional. Ty was our cleaner, and he did an amazing job on our carpet. He was very professional and kind, which is seemingly rare these days.
The entire process from booking online, to speaking to one of your phone customer service representatives, to Ty showing up on time, was commendable.

The guy (Jalen??) was wonderful, respectful and so nice. He went over bad spots 2 more times. Not sure anyone could be able to get it completely clean.
BUT it's still dirty. Not his fault!
The read I gave an 8 as to recommending you is because we are moving to B'ham, so won't have occasion to do it.
