It was easy to schedule, I got frequent (but not too many) updates. Aiden was on time, very personable and informative. He treated our property with respect, gave us good advice, and explained the duct cleaning and carpet cleaning before and after the service.
The carpets did not feel sticky or soapy when damp and after they dried completely. The carpet freshener odor was a little strong, but the next day when we came back to our empty unit, it was not noticeable at all.
All in all, I felt like we were in very good hands and am very pleased with the value of the services. I made sure to get business cards to post in our new building.
